Who We're Looking For
We are building a Pan-African cohort of extraordinary young athletes. Our selection is based purely on talent, character, and potential — not financial means.
- ✓ Ages 10 to 22 — aspiring young athletes at the start of their development journey
- ✓ Any skill level — raw talent is assessed, not just existing achievement
- ✓ Any of the 9 disciplines — track, swimming, football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, boxing, gymnastics, or judo
- ✓ Pan-African intake — open to athletes from across the region
From Discovery to Competition
Discovery
National talent ID camps held in partnership with schools, sports federations, and local governments across Uganda and the region.
Assessment
Multi-day sports science evaluation — physical testing, skills assessment, and coachability review by our technical panel.
Selection
Top prospects are offered full scholarships. Places are awarded on merit, with equal opportunity across all nine disciplines.
Training
Year-round, full-time programme — morning sessions, academic classes, afternoon training, recovery, and performance science monitoring.
Competition
Regional and Pan-African competition, exposure to national selectors, and pathways to professional clubs and Olympic programmes.
A Growing Movement
The inaugural cohort is just the beginning. As Phase 1 facilities reach capacity, the academy expands its scholarship intake year on year.
